More Smallville Spoilers

- It is very likely that Shelby the dog will be making a return appearance.
- After finding the letter, Jimmy asks Chloe why she's never said those things about him, and Chloe tells Jimmy that his insecurity about Clark is wearing thin.
- Chloe does some investigating for Clark to try and find out who Maxima is.
- Tess goes to an unexpected source for help in finding Lex.
- Maxima uses her powers to seduce Clark, and Lois walks in on them in an elevator.
- Clark offers Lois "her old room back" at the very empty Kent Farm.
Of course, I had to go to TWoP to see what the reaction was there and I all I did was get annoyed again. There's one poster in particular who is driving me crazy. He/she seems to respond to pretty much every post and has a bit of a know-it-all attitude. It doesn't help that we have opposing viewpoints on a lot of stuff either. :-) In A LOT of the threads though there'll be a post by a random poster and then the annoying poster, then random, then annoying, and so on...
I'm very excited about the possibility of Shelby coming back!
I'm hoping that Chloe does get mad at Jimmy for being insecure. If I was "the Jimmy" in a relationship, I would probably be jealous too, but it doesn't make for entertaining TV in my opinion.
Why can't Clark investigate Maxima himself? Unless she kidnaps him or something...
I have to admit, I don't really care about Tess going to someone for help. I don't feel like we know enough about Tess yet to care about anything she does.
The word "manwhore" was tossed around on TWoP again regarding the spoiler of Lois walking in on Claxima (I like how that sounds :-) kissing. Ugh. If Lex was going out every night hooking up with a different woman (a la Bound) the TWoPers would probably be calling him a stud or poor little Lex just looking for love. But Clark is "forced" to kiss a woman and all of the sudden he's a whore. It's just ridiculous.
The boards were also all atwitter about Lois being offered her "old room back." My thought is that maybe Chloe moves in with Jimmy in Metropolis (they've been building a Metropolis block in Vancouver so why not Jimmy's apartment?) and Lois needs a temporary place to stay. Maybe Tess sells the Talon or finally kicks Chloe and Lois out? Clark and his parents have always taken in strays. Why is now any different? Yes, it could be considered contrived, but I'm all for it if it will lead to more cute and awkward shower moments (like in Gone) or Lois just annoying the hell out of Clark. I love the reactions and expressions that Tom makes in these situations.
One other board-related thing that really pissed me off the other day, was Chloe being referred to as a "superhero." That made me angry. For all intents and purposes, she's a "meteor freak" who just hasn't snapped yet. NOT a superhero. I think some reference was made about her new "superhero powers" or something. Ugh!!! The show better not ever even get close to calling her that.
