It's Pulaski Day! Hooray!
Normally, on Pulaski Day, I go to Kuma's at like the moment they open and get a sammich to go. This did not happen today, sadly, because the CTA does not have off on Pulaski Day. Thus, I declare it Pulaski Week and will try to go there sometime before the end of the week.
Instead of a delicious veggie burger from Kuma's, I am having a protein shake for dinner. This is largely unfulfilling.
