it's from a doujinshi called Sasuke. it's pretty good, except the following chapters are all kakasasu, only that one narusasu TT_TT

But I'm so tempted, just with the NaruSasu by itself. :(

I just reread it, and I realised that off around 7 stories, only 2½ is kakasasu. and the sasunarusasu ones are mostly really cute n_n
Sadly, it's only in japanese.
