Holy shit! This has been a cool day for finding old friends and new haunts. My high school has a Friendster profile: and through it, I found two old friends and a very old aquaintence. If my dull old high school has a Friendster profile, what about my beloved Purchase? Not on Friendster . . . but there's a lively Purchase LJ community! Wheeeee!
OK, it's lunchtime, and there is much to do afterwards. Life doesn't stop anymore. There are no rests, just little pauses. This noon's pause is definitely over. This weekend was fun, but I have a ton of stuff to catch up on. Like those taxes that I was going to finish 5 weeks ago?
I'm really damn jealous of you non-business-owners. If you don't own a business or property/stock/etc, your taxes must be a breeze! Why do you even bother with accountants? I have to do shit like measure the square footage of my whole appartment and the square footage of my home office. Then I get to figure out an estimate of the percentage of- oh, nevermind. I don't care about this crap any more than you do.
The IRS aggravates me, I'll just leave it at that.
