Altar
In all my years of being a solitary Pagan, I've never built an altar for meditation purposes. One glance at my bed and most could guess it's an altar of its own, but I don't do much meditating there. Unless you count staring at Winston (some decisively British cracks on my bedroom ceiling) and thinking about stuff.
I want to make an Altar. I know I will put my old Dreamcatcher there (zantiphia recently made me a lovely new one) and a photo of Moonshadow, because he delights me. Is there anything else I should know about Altar-building besides "find a good spot in your house, place an array of things you like in a place you can see them easily while sitting on that spot".
I'm frazzled and scattered, I need grounding. Sex might help, too, but stress has eaten up my desire.
