Mmmm. A rollicking, high-spirited game. Explosions, hijinks, and completely unhurt raccoons. And a long, relaxed morning- with pancakes!
I nod to the big leaves that I will soon get to draw. Some cleaning later this afternoon, a walk to the store, and presto . . . Pesto!
I wish the weekend had one more day in it: I'm really looking forward to four days of not much, only three days hence.
There are other thoughts, scattered, rustling like the leaves outside, but I don't have the patience to catch them now. But I'm wriggling in excitement to do my drawings. Smudged ink and tons of detail-ho!
