Sorry guys, I totally forgot it was Groundhog Day today, so here's your belated reminder and a two-pronged challenge. Either, create a fanwork dealing with a character stuck in a timeloop, ala the Bill Murray film, or create a fanwork about a burrow-dwelling beast controlling the weather. Or both!
