ThoughtSlime and DravenStedman on horror for kids

I actually think there should be more PG-13 horror that is designed from the ground up to appeal to young teens instead of watered down adult horror movies
Stuff like Poltergeist or The Gate

Absolutely. There's so little genuinely good horror for younger folks and it's a bummer because on the rare occasion when there is (i.e. Poltergeist like you already said, Monster House, honestly even some 80s slashers which were clearly for teens) it's the BEST

I wouldn't have the love for horror I have without Goosebumps, Are you afraid of the Dark, and the Real Ghostbusters

AYAOTD slaps and i actually recently found out the whole thing is on youtube for free, so that's probably gonna have to be my next binge-watch after I finish my second full degrassi rewatch
