Who: Marshall and People in the First House!
Where: Entryway
When: Night 009
What: Arrival
Warnings: None so far! As if life couldn't get weird enough, Marshall decided to walk through the cemetery. Nothing in Eerie was ever normal, after all. He was headed past a certain tombstone when he heard a call of his name. It was only the wind, maybe. He knew one thing was certain, it wasn't his best friend Simon who always tagged along with him. Simon, his best bud, got detention that day for getting caught pulling bubblegum off of the bottom of a chair. It wasn't the normal shade of bubblegum and he told Simon at lunch it crawled across the table like a caterpillar. Marshall hoped that Simon saved some before he smashed it on the top of his desk and the teacher was disturbed enough to give him detention.
Whatever the cause, Marshall was investigating alone today. There was an old legend that a tombstone would bleed even in broad daylight at the back of the cemetery. Perhaps it was true? Of course, if the people of Eerie knew half of the stuff that went on in this town, they wouldn't rage on about this legend in class. Where else would the television transported you to a set of the show Eerie, Indiana? Not anywhere in his lifetime, that's for sure.
“Great, it's behind the mausoleum.” Marshall sighed and stared at the huge monument in front of him. The door swung open and there was a chilling wind that bellowed from it. It wasn't wise to investigate, but Marshall had seen so many strange things that he couldn't help but be curious. New Jersey never had this much to do. As he stepped into the stone monument, he found himself somewhere else, a musty old entryway to a dank old house.
He stared around, this wasn't Eerie...where was he? His eyes grew wide, this wasn't going to end well. Great. He heard a baby's wailing cry and could not decide if he should run or what. He tried the door. Nothing. "Let's hope this is a dream. I doubt it though." He muttered under his breath.
