Disturbed
I had to head down to the arena for a concert - Royal, Fireball Ministry and Disturbed. I've never heard of the first two, but of course I've heard of Disturbed. I only recognized two songs, "Down with the Sickness" and their cover of Genesis' "Land of Confusion" - THAT cover was a bit odd. I mostly stood there trying to figure out what the singer was singing the rest of the songs. Our job was to keep the crowd from sitting in certain sections since only about 2,500 (of 10,000) tickets were sold. That said, I still felt like doing my job and wanted to bust every smoker in that place. Yet, my boss told me to just let it go. It bothered him too, but we were told not to do a thing about it. It sucked, but just standing there and letting them go crazy was nice for once. Oh, and the total Spinal Tap moment of the evening was when the Disturbed singer kept saying "Sioux Falls!!" Oi. As the crowd was leaving I did hear one guy say, "hello Cleveland!" Heh.
