Hospitals AND FedEx Suck
So...here I sit...we've done three sets of MRIs, a CT Scan,and now they're going to do a lumbar puncture to see if my spine is leaking fluid. However, the radioactive isotope that they were going to use is stuck somewhere because the FedEx plane broke down. So I get to stay here and pay for this expensive room for another couple of days. My headaches come and go, but at least I got to mainline caffeine yesterday. All the guys at work were jealous.
I wrote an email to the hospital this morning, thanking them for their nursing staff. They are awesome. I have the sweetest bunch of people taking care of me. That makes such a huge difference when you don't feel good.
