have you tried running the pentacles while lying down on the floor with your arms and legs spread in a pentacle-pattern? i have a really good pentacle guided meditation that my initiators gave me which uses that position. originally, of course, the teacher would ring a bell right over the point when the meditation on that point was done, but i bet you could make a tape which would work. if you want the text, email me at v dot weatherwax at gmail dot com and i'll send it.

I tend to sit on my sofa (my knees are not up to a zafu) and so I spread my arms out over the back to support them.

It's actually 5 minutes of silence repeated as necessary, but yeah! It's pretty small, I could probably email it to you if you want. Drop me a line at eelsalad at gmail and I'll fling it over. Would you like the bells too?
