Whohoo!
It's my birthday today. I'm just finished cleaning my room (my birthdaypresent to myself, along with another Elfquest pocket and brown + pink paints to finish my Volks Custom Kit, who's at the moment is just called "Kit".
I bought another head, though. It was the cute brown pigtails that made me do it! They fits perfectly with the tomboyish girl Kit is at the moment...
I bought some bratz boys clothes (yes, I'm ashamed of the fact, but they were cheap and cool and just the right size!) and modified them to fit her. The bracelet is also bratz.
The shoes are damn cute, and made by me. I have a better picture of them, but that is lousy in every other way, so I'm going to spare you for it.
Last one, this one with a feminine Kit.You see that with a dress, the long pigtails fits her perfectly. In pants and a t-shirt it's a no-go.
I made a fancy dinner today! I tried to make onigiri for the first time in my life. I made them the correct shape and all (eh... correct-ish... it was my first attempt after all). Too bad I used little to no salt and they tasted weird. It helped with soy sauce and salt, though.
Of course the picture makes them look round >.< but I swear they resemble the right shape... a bit...
The filling was salted salomon, bean sprouts and some funny-looking and good-tasting mushroom that sounded foreign when I bought it :P
Oh, and nori really tastes what the sea smells like on a warm summer day. I doubt I ever will get used to that taste. It looks good, though. Pretty and shimmery. But it's not edible.
