This is what you get from not exercising for a month T_T All my muscles are aching......
Today was the second training after a month and it's like a hell, we even did our kill-muscle-training and I know that no-one didn't do that much even sit-ups in a month !! And today we have to show our coach what we can so she can decide who she puts in a competition team. And how the hell can I spin like a triple pirouette right now?!! T__T

And tomorrow I have my first coach training! >_> I'm so nervous, I don't know what to do there... D::
