check out my battle scars

so i went to see every time i freakin die and it was the best show i've been to in a long time, not to mention the most brutal. we got there at 5, garrett and brian were mad at me because they never wait in line that long (they aren't obssessed with being in the front). jess is a hobo magnet and attracts weird bums both times we go to emos, and i stress the word WEIRD. one was bipolar, one was a drunk joke teller, and the other was "from out of town" and thought jess was some kid named Diamond that she met at a rave. so it was supposed to start at 9 and didnt start until a little after 930 so jess was mad at the world.the show finally started off with this shitty band called misery signals who didn't get the memo that mindless screaming is out and poetic screaming is the new trend. needless to say i sliced the kids who knew all the words to their songs. then zao rocked out pretty hardcore and i was impressed, jess said their guitarist was awesome to watch. he was right. he knows everything except who makes a guest appearance on track 7 of the new chariot cd. then EVERY TIME I DIE decided to get the show started. their set included: she's my rushmore, Godspeed us to sea, Logic of Crocodiles, Off Broadway, some kid requested the cow bell so we got to hear I been gone a long time, Ebolarama, Romeo A Go-Go, and of course FLOATER....i definitely had ownage on that song. The best part of the night was when KEITH - the heartthrob of hardcore himself, wrapped my head in his arms for an entire 60 seconds of their new song and sang in my ear. jess laughed at me, but he was just jealous. Ok so now for the best part, my battle scars. I am not going to exaggerate anything, this is true life - you think you know but you have no idea. 1. we'll start off with the most brutal of them all. the guitarist of ETID kicked me in the effin face and left a bruise from the sole of his shoe. ex:

2. crowd surfer A kicked me in the other side of the face and there is a small bruise on my forehead to prove that. 3. crowdsurfer B fell on my collar bone resulting in a third bruise. 4. the kids in the back pushed really hard and my hip bones are bruised again (i received bruises on my hips from the bled last week too, definitely not as brutal as etid) 5. the drunk kid behind me kicked me in my ankle and i have carpet burns on my elbows. SOOO i guess you could say it was a pretty good show. I AM SO HXCEEEEEE.
I hope my face bruise stays all week so when i go home and my mom asks i can tell her i got kicked in the face. YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS. get ready for more scene show stories because november is packed full of shows like the freakin chariot and underoath. i'm already stretching.
