(no subject)
so far, spring/summer has been great. we've had lots of visitors, including zach d, drew l, emma h, lynn k, and sean pm, who is pretty much living with us this summer. i really miss emma a lot, so i'm really glad she came out to see us. lynn too. i was really surprised they were able to come, and i feel like i didn't make the most of our time together. not that i didn't have a blast. it's just that i keep thinking "oh, we should have done this" or "we forgot to do that". i feel like my time with them was so limited!
lost season finale tomorrow!! already?! wtf! i really do wish juliete would die, but i know she won't. she's such a pussy. i hope brea comes over tomorrow night! i haven't seen her in a while, and am beginning to wonder if she ran away to have a baby.
kickball kickoff is this friday night, after critical mass! yayyyy! i couldn't be more excited! hopefully i get whipped back into shape soon. i feel super bloated because i haven't been able to run more than 3-4 days a week due to my work schedule, and i've been eating like a glutton. things will work out, i just need more nice weather to motivate spontaneous outdoor activities.
we went to jordan k's grandma's house for memorial day/penguin's game cookout. the food was great, and we played basketball, frisbee, and football in the street after dinner. then we all packed into the living room to watch the game on grandpa's big tv. his grandpa is super cute. he is a jolly little bald man who collects model trains and sailboats. and he giggles when you talk shit about the redwings. speaking of which, the cup is on now, s i better watch.
