(no subject)
Just when the weather started getting nice, another 10cm of snow showed up
What have I been up to?
School's been okay, tough, but I'm getting by. Sucks that it's that way, I just need to keep reminding myself "there's only a year and a half left, there's only a year and a half left... there's only two months left before exams!" (grrreat). Since studying has become the bain of my existance, it's no wonder my week off has sadly come to an end so quickly -_- grr. Although this (purposely) unproductive week has been short lived, I've managed to finally reach season 3 of Gossip Girl. Been on weheartit and polyvore a lot, guess the show has left me really inspired. Got to spend tons of time with kris<3 and cachito (my dog) has been stuck to my hip this whole week so I can't complain :)
Spent all day working on a new logo for my mom's Cake Decorating business (www.asliceofheavencakes.ca) and am nearing the end of resizing and watermarking her work for prints. -Can't wait for school to end, I am going to be making a mini photography studio in my basement and will be gathering props and fabrics, "I'm so excited!" (catinthehat voice). I'll be spending most of my focus at that time with my mother's cakes :). I'll set a goal for midsummer to get out and photograph other things that catch my interest.
Speaking of summer.. school ends the last week of April for me so my 4 months of glory will be well spent on working out, eating healthy (because the caf at school still sucks), photography extravegante, organizing my notes from school, getting my 40hrs of Dental Hygiene co-op taken care of, and somewhere inbetween getting a job. My two preferrd places to work would be either at a makeup counter or bartending - but for the second choice I'd need to get my smart serve... ugh I have no money ! :(
Today marks the end of my reading week, the week of care free relaxation and this week coming, will throw me back into the endless loop of Dental Hygiene studies.. my social life is inexistant and I fear my virtual life will also be taking the back seat until May... 9 more weeks to go!
Most likely going to my abuelos (grandparents) tomorrow for asado!!! (BBQ) The curse also decided to stop by today so zombie mode is going to kick in any second, which will suck and cause me to be lmoping around the house in "my sweats" (nacho libre accent) or stare endlessly at thisscreeeen.
