maybe boston?/moving update/birthdayness
My friend is visiting Boston Oct 20ish and needs help/advice on cheap lodging. Here's her plea. Edit: She found a place to stay! Yay!
I am going to be moving up to the Bay Area Dec 1, I hope - and, after browsing through CL a bit, am tempted to go to Berkeley and find housing with grad students. I will have minimal posessions, and can always move again in the next year once I'm up there.
I might try to be in Boston the weekend of Oct 20th as well, but am not convinced I can make it out there - I'll be in Western Mass for work the week before.
My birthday is Oct 15, and I want to be in the Berkshires for it - if anyone there wants to have drinks or go frolicking in the leaves or whatever, that would be Fun. :)
