1. Southern Cross by Patricia Cornwell
2. Twilight by Stephanie Meyer
3. Queen of Dragons by Shana Abe
4. The Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan
5. The Sea of Monsters by Rick Riordan
6. Special Topics In Calamity Physics by Marisha Pessl
7. The Titan's Curse by Rick Riordan
8. What The Dickens by Gregory Maguire
9. The Last Juror by John Grisham
10. Crash Into Me by Jill Sorenson
11. Babylon Babies by Some Weird Frenchman - After lingering on and on with less than ten pages to go, I finally finished it. Whew! Now, what was it about again?
12. My Life In France by Julia Child - I was not as charmed by this book as I hoped to be, nor was I as charmed by Julia as I'd hoped to be.
13. New Moon by Stephanie Meyer - Oh, crap. This one was another slow, leisurely read for me. But I have to admit: this series is growing on me. Imagine my despair when I wanted to pick up another library book in order to pause, cleanse my palate, (and regain my feminist dignity), only to realize that I couldn't focus on another book because I just had to continue on to find out what happens in ...
14. Eclipse by Stephanie Meyer - Where did all this content come from? Either I have completely regressed back to Teenage Eddy, (a very distinct possibility), or these books are getting better. Action, conflict, character development, hot guys acting overwrought, annoying people becoming less annoying ... I just need to get through this, before I start stalking Robert Pattinson or something. Give me book four, Breaking Dawn, which I am almost certain will end in some less-than-satisfying, if not outright nauseating, anti-climax. Give it to me, pronto, so I can get through it and start detoxing! Unfortunately, Nora's not finished with it yet. *sigh*
