You know, I think in my laziness, I had forgotten one of the great joys of cooking for oneself: catering to one's specific preferences. I'm making chicken soup right now, and it has a LOT of celery, because I happen to like a LOT of celery.

It also has carrots, (sliced the way *I* like 'em), onion, garlic, thyme, marjoram, rosemary, salt and pepper. Pretty simple. Since this is only my second try at chicken soup, and the first was years ago and a disaster, I'm really hoping it comes out well. Better than the "Hungarian Beef Stew." Oy.
