I did it! I made Gingy's Pumpkin Harvest muffins for breakfast this morning. (I will provide the recipe on request to anyone not able to view her protected entry). Jimmy just left for work with four of them, looking pleased as punch. Everyone was mucho impressed to get fresh baked muffins on a regular weekday morning. It took a little longer than I anticipated, mainly because I couldn't find the huge container of raisins I could have sworn we had. (I guess Jimmy's been eating a lot of raisins on the weekends). So I ended up using golden raisins, and I also used whole eggs. The muffins are very tasty, great for when you're in that seasonal mood. Definitely recommended.

Now I need a ham bone.
