Ooh! I thought of a couple more good things that happened this weekend:
1. Jimmy's best friend got married in Rome a few weeks ago and this Saturday the newly-married couple had a nice, informal reception to celebrate with their friends. I have only recently acquired some new duds, so I actually had something to wear! I chose a magenta V-neck sweater with a matching lacey camisole underneath, and some black trousers. I put my hair back in a slick ponytail, which Jimmy said was "sophisticated as hell," and wore dangling silver earrings and a sparkly pink star necklace. We had a very nice time at the party, and I felt comfortable *and* pretty all evening.
2. I put Selah to bed without a Pull-Up again last night, telling her, "If you have to go pee-pee tonight, get up and go in the toilet, okay?" She said, "Okay!" and once again the bed was dry this morning! That makes twice! Yay! Go, Selah, go!
