Bella sighed quietly as she looked out the vast window into the back yard that seemed to go on for miles

She watched as Alice and Rosalie sat outside, quietly conversing and Edward and Jasper were erecting a small gazebo. The gazebo was for her benefit; they didn’t want her to burn in today’s unnatural and over whelming sunshine.
“Hey Bells, what ya doin’”? Emmett’s voice carried out across the room.
“Watching,” she replied, sadness tinged in her voice. “Look how they… sparkle. I wish I could look like that.”
“I have some glitter upstairs you could borrow?”
Silly Emmett.
