not to sure in what to say really.....except i had a rough few days recently and
didn't know which direction to go.....some say its good to have a good cry but
i'm still waiting for that.

you having bad week? its ok im home now, your litttle ray of sunshine through live journal ,well firstly i know you like your down days so you appreciate yur good days but step away from that feeder album and put some feel good tunes on and think happy thoughts, its all good, nothings that bad you cant change it if you choose, you still have health and all your limbs, (dont you?i didnt miss anyhting) so dont worry and listen to a song a friend dedicated to me when i was down, you must put it on and dance in your room ... now
