a spring breaking

Mass. was good for me. My aunt and I bonded - talked about her history basically, like why an 18 year old would marry my uncle (late fifties at the time) after seeing each other for four months; talked with my uncle about aesthetics received a few cool books (collection of Wallace Stevens, a text on philosophy of art that he enjoys but has its downfallings, and my own copy of "Silver Kings"), talked with my father on the way home about his ex-wife, his relationship with his "other child" - my half-brother, his brother, my mother's ex-husband (though not much info there).
I feel older.
my brother's got me listening to emocore...or is it screamo?

in my quest for a summer job, i applied to target - i was thinking about listing Dan as a reference

haven't been writing much outside of letters, haven't read much except for some Wallace Stevens, i tried to get through "Love in the Time of Cholera", but i...i don't know...my brain's broke.
