And... Ignition failure? Blast.

So I just got all excited, about to play World of Warcraft, when it turns out every server is down for "Scheduled Maintenance" until noon. What a pain in my ass. I don't own a computer, so I only really play when Autom is at work or sleeping, and she wants to wake up in less than an hour. If Blizzard had put out some sort of advance notice of this issue, I could have made plans far more entertaining than what I'm doing now (hint: nothing), such as seeing just how far up my nose I can fit a spoon before I poke my brain. But nooo, now my whole day is shot.

My dad's birthday was yesterday, and I didn't do anything with him because I went to donate plasma in the morning, and it ended up taking over five hours, so I was exhausted. I did call him, though. Tomorrow's forcast: maybe some hanging out.

So, I happened to randomly stop by the Clock Tower: Moonlight Sonata page a couple weeks ago, and noticed that there have been a few posts. I probably would have felt more inclined to join in, but I really don't have the patience to re-read enough to feel informed again, especially when every few posts I find an intimdating amount of tiny, purple text. Also, it's starting to read more like a Stephen King spin-off than Clock Tower, which just screams "Close this window".

Still, it'd have been alright if someone had tried to contact me about it. I'm probably just complaining because I'm feeling kind of bitter about that. No hard feelings, though. As soon as I find a bit more free time, I might join back in, if that's cool. What happened to all the maps that were on file on that page, anyway? I still have them backed up on my mom's computer, but I'm just curious.

Okay, bored now. Moving on.

Update (9:34 AM): So, yeah. I read about half of the posts on the site, got mostly reaquainted with the story. I'm going to read the summary and the other half of the posts some time later, but if someone is willing, I'm still a bit rusty on the plan for the near future in the story. Email, IM, LJ comment, phone (last resort). Take your pick.

Sorry a lot of this post sounded bitchy. I was just a little bitchy about the Warcraft thing. I'm better now. And only Kim's last post was a bit longer than most, so I don't really have room to complain, especially when a few of mine do the same thing. My apologies if I offended.
