Jacaranda Pics
A couple pics of some of the Jacaranda's on campus. These are to accompany the Circle of Life Poem posted last week. Note the lesser seen White jacaranda in the first pic. If you look closely you can see the begginnings of the mush forming on the ground.
The tree in the lower pic is where we used to spend many a bunked lecture during first year. Surprisingly enough our doing this gained us a certain notoriety - we were, for once, the 'in' group! We set the trend for spending time on the library lawn, the envy of other students! There wasn't a bench there then, and we're the reason there is that brick 'kidney' there now - we spent so much time sitting there that we wore the grass out!!
