Funny how I do this every so often. I go poof (though, the internet getting cut off for over 2 months helped with that) and then reappear. I am a living magic trick! Yay! *chuckles*

Anyhoo, despite my 10 week absence, I haven't really slacked off from my routiene. When I was last here, I think I had gotten down to JUST under 200. Well, that has screwed up, I'm at 203 currently, but still, only gaining under 5 pounds and hardly exercising over the summer is pretty nifty.  I'm definitely exercising now though; I'm taking a weight training class, and I am absolutely LOVING this free access to a gym at my college.

I'm not sure how much I burned doing the weights today, but on the bicycle machine thingy it said I burned 100 cals in 15 minutes....a little over 2 miles, 2.6 or something, then got 100.6 calories on the treadmill for 30 minutes = 1.4 miles.

Hey, I'd say not bad. I'm achy but I'll be doing it 2 days a week for class, and 3 other days on top of it because I'm stuck at school for way too long because I have no car and have to wait for a ride.

All I've had is a cup of coffee so far....it's been a good day. *grin*

And, nice seeing everybody again! (and I know this question has already been asked, but why exactly has fat_ana been taken off? Just curious...)
