18 Halloween was tonight. There were cookies, cider, Ghostbusters, and pumpkin painting.
I went dressed as a vampire i.e., threw on whatever was in my closet that looked cool and added fangs. I was wearing a poet's shirt, black slacks, knee-high goth boots, a pinstriped waistcoat and a fedora.
I tied with Ginny Weasley for first place in the costume contest. Don't get all excited, there were only four people dressed up.
What I am excited about, however, is winning the pumpkin painting contest. I painted a double-decker frankenstein--a tiny pumpkin for the head and a larger one for the torso. It looks like a five year old painted it, but hey, people liked the stacked pumpkin thing, so I won. Nifty.
Tomorrow I dress as Black Mage.
