I hate when people just say "this" after posting a link, so let me add one more thing. If McCain wins, how many riots are we looking at? Liberal Democrats already feel like they had the last two elections stolen from them. Imagine if after all this time of Obama trouncing McCain through the summer in popular vote polls and electoral vote projections, McCain wins a squeaker. How many poor, black people with so much invested in Obama are going to finally explode? McCain could even win legit, and no one would believe it. They would be the powder keg, but they would not be the only ones exploding. Perhaps I'm overstating it. Maybe McCain wins and the combined liberal population just sulks for a few weeks before trying again (like they did in 2004). Still, its a scary and not too out of bounds thought.
In other news, a tire on my car is flat, and so is the spare. So we're stuck here till Amy comes home. Unless we go walking. But who walks in Houston?
