I have no feeling towards Sherlock Holmes other than mild irritation with certain aspects of the stories.
I have always had warm feelings for Robert Downey, Jr.
I have warm feelings towards steampunk.
I have very warm feelings towards explosions and fist-fights
I have unexpectedly warm feelings toward Mark Strong even though RocknRolla bored me senseless.
I am going to watch the hell out of this, and I will not care one whit if it's not true to the books.
I absolutely sympathize with those of you who will, of course.
