I might be able to crush them.
On my way home form school I noticed Megure and Takagi going to a department store, followed by the other members of the investigative team. They were going to take a man in for questioning under suspicion of being the culprit. He's not, he has an injured shoulder and likely couldn't perform the murders.
However; I happened to come across Vermouth and got a bit of helpful information though.
1.) There is a another member disguised amongst the police; code name: Irish
2.) One of the victims was a NOC - Non Official Cover working against the Organization. They were going to kill him soon anyway but he fell victim to the serial killer instead.
3.) The victim in question had a memory card on them containing a list of all the organization members and NOCs working for them.
4.) That memory card was taken when the culprit stole an item off the victim.
5.) We get that memory card first we can destroy them.
