What I can see from my window in Belarus
As happens in most parts of the world, people that don't have much need to be creative. For instance, if you have a rug, but no vacum cleaner, what's the best way to clean it? You can take it outside and beat it with a stick, but that's pretty dusty. Or, you can do this:
