Does anyone here live in/Has anyone here lived in Jasper One Eleven? My boyfriend and I are looking for a new apartment for August 1, and we're thinking about that building. Currently it has no vacancies, but of course July 1st is the cutoff for August move-outs ( Read more... )

We're on the 19th floor, and have no noise problems except hockey games. The exercise room is big, with weights, bike machines, treadmills, stepping machines, etc etc, and a sauna and hot tub. And tv.

We've only been there a couple months, but we really like it so far (although we got the impression they would NOT like the idea of a third person living with us). Very pretty and spacious inside, nice hardwood floor, some of the appliances are brand new, and the office is open during the day for any questions or complaints, and to let in delivery people. I like it. =)

We live on the 17th floor and have no real complaints thus far :)

Hey,
I used to live there on the 18th floor. The gym is tiny, and I found it to be quite noisy. The bar downstairs was not noisy ... it was all the people in the aprtments, and the street traffic, and people hooting and holaring on the streets. The apartments are really nice and spacious , and the balconies are huge. Hope this helps!
