And now, a word from our sponsers.

Life has been nothing if not hectic lately.

Between school and work and work and sleep, I don't know where I'll find the time to a)recover from this cold I've had for over a month now b) get any of my homework/reading done or c) have a social life.

It becomes a toss-up: which do I want more? Sleep or a night out? A clean room or some time to relax? Assignments finished on time or spending time with friends and that one kinda special friend?

Rant, rant. We all make choices, I suppose. Wherever I end up at the end of this term will be solely the results of my own decisions and actions.

I suppose I haven't made mention of this yet, but I quit smoking. It's been over a month and a half now. Hurray for inspiration. I can't even imagine what it's like being a smoker anymore. When people light up around me, I get grossed out. It smells so bad. I can taste food again (Well, I had a window where I could taste food again; this cold has taken care of that sensation for me)!

I'm writing a paper on the link between global pollution and climate change. I'll post it later if I get a good mark on it. If it's trash... then no-posty.

I've been looking at/pricing out some cars. Top of the list? Toyota Yaris, Kia Rio5, and Chevy Aveo. Chevy and Kia are both pretty cheap but that Yaris is super damn hot.

Totally a me car. The question remains: will I be able to curb my outrageous spending enough to get a down payment together by August?

I guess that's only one of many questions. I'll probably also need a cosigner and preferably enough money to pay tuition next year, cause student loans will expect me to use my summer income to pay for school and not buy a brand new car. Understandable, but the car I'm driving right now is horribly unreliable and about to fall apart, so I need a new one. Maybe not a *brand* new one, but I'm thinking of this as an investment: both for me and the environment. Anything that gets better mileage than my current transport of choice is good by me.

Well,I'm putting off cleaning my room, and in a roundabout way, putting off getting started on my paper on climate change so I should get my butt off of here. Hope everyone is well.
