A sad day...
It is a sad day when a man lies to a nation of people, takes them to war based on what seemed, at the time, to be legitimate exigencies of war, and is rewarded for his actions. It is a sad day, when a nation's primary interest, in a disparate country [Iraq], is to secure economic interests, and only then, is followed by a human rights agenda. It is a sad day when insidious and deceitful men strike and instill fear in the American public, making claims that we live in imminent danger, while making no clear-set provisions to remedy it. And it is a sad day, in America, when more innocent people must continue to die in the "name of democracy."
