What the hell season is it anyway?

So i'm hanging out at a barnes n noble and i start to realize i'm living in a 2 season state (Warm and Warmer). The starbucks cafe is already bringing back their autumn seasonal drinks, the pumpkin spice latte and caramel apple cider and i look out the window then look back at the drink menu confused for a sec and realize its already september.

There are three seasons in the Bay Area, actually. Warm, Warmer, and Rainy. Rainy season will come for Wintertime and stay for like 3 months straight.

it will be coldi(ish) around Dec-Feb. and possibly rainy. Unless it's an el Nino/La Nina year, then it rans from Nov to March.

I miss the fall colors of the east coast more than anything else.

Actually October is a really nice weather month. You'll know when it's finally winter when you take your ski stuff out of the closet hehehe

I never really missed having 4 seasons in my 5 years in LA...and LA has even less of seasonal variation than the Bay Area...but now that I'm back to having 4 seasons, I guess I did miss it afterall...but I also miss my 85 degree winters ;)

Every winter I wonder why I moved to this cold wet god-forsaken place, when I could be back in San Diego, where weather never comes to visit. Weather Reporter for San Diego is the worlds easiest job. Sunny and Mild with a Chance of clouds. all year round.
