No. I haven't. But M pointed out he probably meant he was nine inches in height on the screen...

Yeah... that doesn't scan. He'd have a confidence monitor in front of him that would be showing the final composite coming from the control room, so that way he knows where to point.

I can never understand why people just don't say "hey, it's live tv, and I have to think on my feet and sometimes the tongue is faster than the brain. Sorry." It always got to be technical problems or wardrobe malfunctions...

But he did step forward and appear to be looking at something when he said it, so it kinda makes sense.
