Inside Out (Demi Moore)

Knew about this book when I watched her inteview with Diane Sawyer. Thankfully, the content in book didn't feel as heartbreaking as the interview. Probably because it was written in a manner that is devoid of emotions, to some extent. Maybe this is how people survive, by not letting your emotions rule you.

Very interesting memoir. Quite a journey of the ups and downs in life. Also a good way to start life anew again after letting it all out.
This book reminds me of 'Briser le silence' (memoir by Nathalie Simard) who said that it was a weight lifted off her shoulder when she let it all out and told her story.
