Clancy's been back in the cage for a bit and I see no new poos. I called the vet and then the animal hospital, who said that it may be stress and I am to keep an eye on him but if he is generally perky not to fret too hard. I am fretting anyway. Obviously. It is good to have made contact, also, as I can now phone and go arg bringing him in without having to work out how to find hospital etc.
It is hard to know whether to have him on my knee or leave him in his cage. He looks very small and alone, but that is possibly me projecting, and he may find enforced Miriam Time more stress-inducing. I'll sit on my bed with my book and chat to him. That may work.
