Act I and Act II can be a bit hard to follow due to the subtitles. However Act III is basically a giant chase across a desert between a dude on a motorcycle who is basically the protagonist, some bad dudes on horseback, some other bad dudes on horseback, a bounty hunter who is basically the good guy and the entire Japanese Imperial Army. It is AWESOME!
Did I mention there were gunfights? lots and lots of awesome gunfights? (seriously somewhere between 25-50% of this film is a gunfight) There are also explosions.
So yeah. If you're after serious drama this is probably not the film for you. If you're after a western set in 1930s Manchuria with a lot of gunfights, a train robbery and an awesome chase scene then this is worth looking at.
