Reached Italy. Confirmed that the tower really does lean (it's like cgi in real life). Pisa is pretty if run-down. Mountains are very pretty. Must preserves battery life on camera so take limited pics. Lots of wine, lots of food. No sleep. My supervisor runs kick-ass conferences.

Missing Pippa and feeling lingering angst over the garden in Oblivion. Also lots of cute babies here. I want babies. Eventually.

Sleep now. Perchance to set up laptops in the morning.
