My neighbor left me cookies!

I came back from walking the pups to find a card and gift bag half filled with cookies on my doorstep. (Hey, does that make me an optimist cause it was half full?*) They were from the neighbors across the hall - how freaking awesome is that?!? I knocked on her door to thank her but no one answered. Well, except their two rat terriers, and then my two answered them back, etc. etc. *g* So actually - should I give her a holiday card or would it be considered weird or improper etiquette since it's giving her one after she gave me one, and I had thought about giving my neighbors holiday cards but haven't yet.

*Altho the suspicious cynic in me wonders if they're poisoned. Muhahaha. *twirls mustache*
