I'm moving out of my current flat, pretty much as soon as I can find someone to take my place in it, to move in with some friends down the road. I'm paying rent on the new place from the 1st of July, so the sooner you could move in, the better.

The bedroom itself is a single room with a tap and a nice big window that lets in lots of sunlight for most of the year; it's at the back of the building, and the walls are thick, so it's remarkably quiet.
On the 42 route and a couple of minutes' walk from the many buses that serve Newington - plus, only half a mile or so from King's Buildings.
The rent is £278 a month, and as I say it's available from next week.
