What to do when.......
someone parks in your assigned spot at the apartments; 1st offense - Throw away their hubcaps, 2nd offense - Throw away one lugnut per wheel, 3rd offense - Two lugnuts per wheel(which if they havent replaced from the first time leaves them with one lugnut on four lugs wheels), 4th offense - dismantle car.
