Vacation Update #1
Well taking a short time away to post a lil update about my wonderful (so far) vacation. Were really taking it easy, guess we have to as the weather is pretty sucky! >.<
Sunday was a major bitch of a day. Waking up at 1am, too excited and restless to sleep. 5 hours later, off to London Heathrow, major suck-tastic journey that was. Sitting around Heathrow airport for 3 and a half hours was a major bore as well, nothing as much as the 6 hour flight to St. Johns, New Foundland, Canada. Canadian Customs werent all that bad, I was kinda freaking out as we had to transfer planes .... to the same plane (Que? o.O) but we were guided pretty well and were otw to Halifax soon after. And ..... OMG Halifax was such a bore!!! We got there so early, and was waiting for like 5 hours! 5 freaking hours for my next flight!! >.>
Well soon after that, was flying to Sydney, NS. My new "home" for 2 weeks :D
Weather has been pretty terrible here, so cloudy and miserable, oh and the terrential downpour we walked in on Monday. Basically, me and Jenn just stayed in, watching movies, snuggling (/blush) and such. We really wanna go out but were lazy and the weather sucks. Do have plans for when the weather gets better but sadly, the forecast for the next few days it sucky as well >.>
Kinda missing everyone back in FF and JE, but its very nice to get out and go somewhere new. Besides, I'm sure everyone is enjoying time without me and my misstells >.>
