cant sleep.
so here are some pictures i meant to put up here forever ago.
the first "99X Downtown Rocks" show was so much fun (despite the rain). i loved Stereophonics, and i did not expect the lead singer to be so young (and not to mention gorgeous). the scratchy voice threw me way (and i mean WAY) off. it was a pleasant surprise. =)
Cake, on the other hand, was not so pleasant. its not that they sounded bad, but the stage presence factor was in the negative. i mean i know its CAKE, but still. Picture a bearded guy in a hat covering half his face standing in front of a microphone, holding a cow bell-type instrument, and moving his arms as if he were directing an airplane that just landed on the runway. not amusing. which equals, crappy photographs. sorry cake, but no photos of you.
on the other hand, i do think i got some great photos of all the other bands that played. Trances Arc, The Caesars, and of course, Stereophonics. And as always, feedback is greatly appreciated. =)

one of my favorites-
after the show angeline was taking these awesome photographs of the Wicked West staff in bug eye glasses, and of course i had to have one too. haha
thanks for making me look cool angeline, even though i was soaking wet =)
oh and thank you to everyone who replied to my last post. NYC was incredible as it always is, and i dont care what it takes, i am eventually going to live there one day. even if it is just for a couple of months AKA when i run out of money. I took a roll of slide film and i am getting them x-processed. i have no idea what they are going to look like but i will find out when i pick them up tomorrow. Hopefully they wont suck and ill be able to post some. =/
Tomorrow im doing more photos for the local ATL band ARM. cant wait for that. I will definitely post those photos as well.
Plus next week doing 2 (maybe 3) modeling/makeup shoots. 1st time doing makeup on other people so its a little scary. well see how it goes. wish me luck!!
As soon as i have time i will post pictures from last weekends Downtown Rocks w/ Heavy Mojo, Rehab, Spoon, and Switchfoot. thank you again angeline. i had so much fun =) cant wait for this weekend!! i will finally get to see Linger. and kasabian. and ben folds!! yay =)
