How do you wake up in the morning?
No, I don't mean what do you eat for breakfast, or what do you drink to get sleep out of your system. My question is : What kind of thoughts help you get out of that bed instead of just laying there for the rest of the day and doing nothing? What makes you stay awake when you get home instead of just laying back and passing out and waiting for another day?
