You know what? The past ... 20 minutes or so was maybe the first time in about 2 years or so where I completely did a complete 180 of my mood all by myself, without any outside intervention (or, as is usually the case, sleep). Just by controlling my own thoughts, ensuring that only positive thoughts enter my consciousness, and talking to myself... albeit quietly. Having a positive vision of the world helps so much, it really does. Especially if you're someone like me who doesn't have any major problems. I have nothing in my life that makes me want to cry, so, it's stupid that I've been crying.
I just want to smile. It's who I am. :)
