Musey trouble, Holiday scheduling
My IWRY is pouting at me, I told it that it had to be done by this weekend, and it's all "No, Buffy needs more time to deal." Now there's gonna a whole extra chapter I hadn't planned on, one that I'm gonna to end up crying while I write, because it's one of those kind. *glares at musey for make write a long fic* I sat down to write the other half of my Wes piece for btvsats_20 and ended up with a Buffy and Giles piece for moviequoteminis. Pile that on to everything else I need to do in the next week, which I'm about list.
In case I'm MIA in the next week or so, you'll have an idea of where'll be.
Tonight: We have to make the Thanksgiving grocery list, list all of the dishes and scheduling it out. Yes, this needs to be done this early because the shopping's gonna start on Saturday, if you can believe that.
Friday: Get as much fucking Biology done as I can before I get sucked into the holiday vortex.
Saturday: First round of shopping to the out of the way stores, Mall trip and Wal-mart for any missing bakeware/supplies we need.
Sunday and Monday: Cleaning, the whole house gets cleaned, living room, bedroom, kitchen all the bedrooms, and the dreaded refrigerator cleaning. The fridge is really a once a year thing, and we always do it before Thanksgiving.
Tuesday: Second round of Grocery shopping, at least two stores, probably three, with several trips home to drop off food. This week take at least a few hours. This is also my Mom's birthday, which I may just ignore on principle this year.
Wednesday: Last shopping trip, everything we couldn't get/find the day before. Last minute things like Ice cream, cocktail sauce, etc., and renting movies. Then cooking, I personally am responsible for at least 2 pies.
Thursday: Like you need to ask? Get up early, cook, eat, pass out. :P
Friday: Watching rented movies, probably catching up on my Charmed tapes, and possibly going to see Rent with my Mom, which again, I may ignore on principle. Also my IWRY fic is due. *rolls eyes*
Now, notice in all of this, there is no mention of the new Harry Potter movie that we all know will be out at midnight tonight, well here's why: I'M NOT GOING TO HARRY POTTER. Really, as in not at all, as in I'll wait for the DVD. Spoil me to hell, I don't give a damn.
